Belly burning water, food, & work out routines

We all want to see our abs but that's one of the hardest things to do. Even if you work out and your losing weight, see your abs is still a struggle but you really can see abs if you keep working out hard, drinking the right drinks and eating the right food and portions. Discipline is the name of the game because its easy to read about it and talk about it only few has reach the top of flat belly mountain. Even I am not there yet but I am sure motivated climbing this mountain. here is what you will need in order to do so. Work out at home, outside, or at the gym. Just do it like Nike says.

Water: My foundation is in the morning I make my water for the day. don't forget ginger, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar for your water.

Food: you are what you eat or if you eat the foods that will make your inside look and feels great and the reward is that on the outside you will also feel great and look great. There's nothing great than having a flat stomach or abs. That's the ultimate trophy.

Bonus Bad Food: look have Discipline 90% of the time and than enjoy a slice of pizza during your 10%. I like eating unhealthy stuff in a tiny portion so I can lie to my body and it thinks that Im still eating all those bad thing and it does not give me cravings for them. In the end its all about you living in mindfulness in everything that you do in life. Be mindful of your healthy and sexyiness.
