Losing weight with Apple Cider Vinegar and Friends

 

When I wake up and Im on my fitness train going hard, the first thing I do is take out my Apple Cider Vinegar and put it on the counter. I know for a fact that that's my foundation to losing belly fat and losing weight. In on month I went from 132 to 119 by doing this routine and going to the gym and meditating.
The first thing I do is add these to my counter:
1. Apple Cider Vinegar
2. Lemons or Lemon Juice
3. Cinnamon 
4. Ginger ( I buy the paste version )
5. My multivitmans 
Than I mix it all with warm water and drink it before anything or I get my water bottle and make my water mix for the day and drink it through the day.

 

You can also add other things to your water if you want but remember for this to work, you can have to eat healthy and watch your portions. Also get a good workout. It's all about being mindful for your foods and drinks. When you work out it helps you to be more mindful because you know you didn't work out so hard just to throw it out the window.
